Before joining the firm, Brad Olsen served as General Counsel and then Senior Vice President of People Development (HR) for a multi-national company with several thousand employees. He brings his leadership and team approach experience to the firm, which includes handling all types of HR matters including ensuring overall compliance with employment laws, development and implementation of all aspects of investigations, employment litigation, regulatory actions and union relations.
